1. You choose a name you’d like to lease and fill in the lease request form.
2. Upon approval, we send the lease contract.
3. You sign and return the lease, pay a small setup fee and first month’s rent.
4. You tell us where you want the name pointed, and your new name is up and running!
When we start a lease, we identify an Option Price. This is a fixed price for the term of the lease and will not change.
During the lease term, the lessee has the option buy the domain by making all remaining lease payments and pay the Option Purchase Price.
This ensures that lessees can invest and develop the domain name without the risk of the cost of the name going up, but have the option to buy the name for a set price once the business is established and flourishing!

Once the lease is put in place, we will alter the name servers or DNS records to the host of your choice.
